The Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), operators of The Toll Roads, are aware of the current nationwide phishing scam. We are currently seeing an uptick of messages targeting California drivers.
Accountholders with The Toll Roads can verify all communications sent to them by The Toll Roads by logging into their account online at TheTollRoads.com and clicking “Notification Verification.”
The Toll Roads do not send any messages to non-accountholders.
We encourage drivers to be aware and report any phishing messages to IC3.gov. If you think your information has been compromised involving credit card, bank account number or personal information, go to IdentityTheft.gov. There you’ll see steps to take including immediately contacting your bank or credit card company to report the incident and cancel your credit card.
