The path to progress is paved with successful partnerships – and we’re excited to partner with SB Express Lanes for account and toll payment processing on their new SB Express Lanes on I-10!
In 2018, the Transportation Corridor Agencies (operators of The Toll Roads) and the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) entered a cooperative agreement for The Toll Roads to provide back-office services supporting SBCTA’s SB Express Lanes on I-10 and I-15. The agreement improves efficiencies in processing transactions and reduces costs to both TCA and SBCTA.
The partnership has allowed The Toll Roads to expand our customer service offerings this summer to include a new Customer Service Walk-In Center inside Rancho Cucamonga City Hall. Drivers in the San Bernardino area will be able to open or manage a FasTrak account with The Toll Roads, apply for discount programs, purchase a transponder and ultimately pay tolls. The Customer Service team at both the Rancho Cucamonga City Hall and Irvine locations can assist both SB Express Lanes and The Toll Roads customers.
